You can enable it immediately once you extracted its archive and run the executable file.  At the same time, you can opt to store it also on any removable storage device.  This allows you to take the program with you wherever you think your PC will need to be livened up, yet otherwise, it completely leaves no trace behind when erased.

As stated, this tool is straightforward and intuitive. You will be greeted with the main window that provides you ‘None’, ‘Wallpaper’, ‘Screen’, or ‘Program Icon’ options. You can also alter the border color of your desktop depending on the weather conditions. To enable this, you will have to choose a location from the program's ‘Settings.’ Apart from that, you can also tweak it by the ‘Temperature,’ the ‘Time’ of the day as well as your laptop's battery status.
